Greetings all.
We are just a few days away from PKR2024! I can’t wait.
For those of you who haven’t registered and plan to, now is the time to do it. There will be a flurry of activity at PeckerHQ over the next few days as we prepare for all you cycopaths to convene for the greatest ride ever.
One of those activities, of course, is buying food and beverages. And preparing side dishes and setting the table, so to speak. Registering is the only way we know how much food to buy.
If you’re on the fence, consider this.
It’s shaping up to be a nice, dry day for riding. If you use your iPhone’s weather app, it’ll tell you the area’s weather will be high 70s with sun. The National Weather Service is calling for clear skies with a high of 80. No rain. Some cloud coverage later in the morning/early afternoon.
Also, it’s Father’s Day eve. What better way to spend the day? Friends, bikes, banter, hubris, war stories, weenies, beer, laughter.
Here’s a quick recap, for those who might not know …
